class=\"fusion-sep-clear\"><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-4\"><p><b><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\">Bogot\u00e1, 09 de enero de 2018 \u2013.<\/span><\/b><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\">\u00a0El Centro de Monitoreo de Actividades de Transporte (Cemat), de la Superintendencia de Puertos y Transporte, inform\u00f3 que el pasado puente festivo de reyes, comprendido entre el 5 y el 8 de enero de 2018, en 43 terminales de transporte terrestre del pa\u00eds se movilizaron 4.882.190 pasajeros, aproximadamente, en 157.490 despachos, registrando un crecimiento del 3,4 por ciento frente al mismo periodo de 2017.<\/span>\u00a0<u><\/u><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\">Seg\u00fan el monitoreo realizado por el Cemat, el viernes 5 de enero \u2013durante el Plan \u00c9xodo\u2013 se movilizaron 1,27 millones de pasajeros: 7,5 por ciento m\u00e1s que el a\u00f1o pasado; y el lunes 8 de enero \u2013en el Plan Retorno\u2013 viajaron 1,19 millones de usuarios desde los terminales: 6 por ciento m\u00e1s que en 2017.<\/span>\u00a0<u><\/u><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\">\u201cPara esta temporada de alta demanda, las empresas de transporte intermunicipal suscribieron m\u00e1s de 400 convenios con empresas de transporte especial; en 550 rutas se ofertaron m\u00e1s de 126.000 sillas extra por despacho, correspondientes a 3.200 veh\u00edculos adicionales\u201d, indic\u00f3 el superintendente Javier Jaramillo.<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\">El funcionario tambi\u00e9n destac\u00f3 un crecimiento del 7 por ciento en el movimiento de pasajeros en las terminales durante diciembre de 2017, con respecto al 2016. Las empresas de transporte intermunicipal movilizaron 12,6 millones de pasajeros, frente a los 11,7 millones de diciembre de 2016, lo que representa un incremento del 7,7 por ciento.<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\">El n\u00famero total de despachos en diciembre creci\u00f3 3 por ciento en 2017: pas\u00f3 de 1,27 millones en 2016 a 1,31 millones el a\u00f1o pasado, con una mayor eficiencia en la prestaci\u00f3n del servicio se increment\u00f3 en 2,5 por ciento el promedio de pasajeros atendidos por despacho.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\">\u201cEl transporte p\u00fablico terrestre intermunicipal se fortalece como una alternativa segura y confiable para todos los viajeros durante las temporadas de vacaciones.
