Por eso, desde el mes de mayo tom\u00f3 medidas de urgencia sobre empresas que presuntamente estar\u00edan incumpliendo la normatividad, poniendo en riesgo la salud de los pasajeros y los conductores.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>(@Supertransporte).<\/strong>\u00a0Durante los periodos de aislamiento preventivo obligatorio declarado como consecuencia del coronavirus COVID-19, la Superintendencia de Transporte ha realizado un trabajo conjunto y articulado con la Polic\u00eda Nacional y Migraci\u00f3n Colombia para identificar veh\u00edculos que est\u00e9n operando sin las condiciones de bioseguridad requeridas.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, la entidad ha recibido reiteradas quejas de usuarios y de conductores en las cuales se pone de presente que se estar\u00edan incumpliendo los protocolos de bioseguridad, poniendo en riesgo la salud y seguridad de los usuarios y trabajadores del transporte p\u00fablico de pasajeros por carretera.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan el Superintendente de Transporte, Camilo Pab\u00f3n Almanza, <em>\u201cen las denuncias y evidencias recaudadas por la SuperTransporte se da cuenta de que presuntamente se estar\u00eda incumpliendo el distanciamiento m\u00ednimo al interior de los veh\u00edculos, no se habr\u00edan removido elementos contaminantes como tapetes y no todos los ocupantes del veh\u00edculo estar\u00edan usando tapabocas. Vamos a investigar esos hechos y, en caso de ser demostrados en la investigaci\u00f3n, se aplicar\u00e1n multas hasta por 700 salarios m\u00ednimos legales vigentes, por cada uno de los cargos\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Empresas investigadas<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Debido a lo anterior, la Superintendencia de Transporte formul\u00f3 cargos y abri\u00f3 investigaci\u00f3n en contra de ocho (8) empresas de transporte habilitadas en las modalidades de pasajeros por carretera y especial, por presuntamente <strong>(i)<\/strong> no implementar los protocolos de bioseguridad ordenados por el Gobierno Nacional,\u00a0 poniendo en riesgo la salud y seguridad de los usuarios del servicio p\u00fablico de transporte como de aquellos intervinientes en la actividad transportadora, de conformidad con la normatividad vigente; y <strong>(ii) <\/strong>no suministrar la informaci\u00f3n que legalmente les fue solicitada por la SuperTransporte.<\/p>\n<p>Las empresas a las cuales se les formularon cargos son:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Transportes la Esperanza S.A.<\/li>\n<li>Transportadora el Triunfo S.A.<\/li>\n<li>Cooperativa de Transportadores de Santa Rosa<\/li>\n<li>Cooperativa de Transportadores de Tol\u00fa<\/li>\n<li>Nuevos Andes World Tours Transporte Especial S.A.S<\/li>\n<li>Del Norte Transportes y Turismo S.A.S<\/li>\n<li>Cooperativa De Transportes Especiales Del Oriente S.A.<\/li>\n<li>Transporte Liberturs S.A.S.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Recursos <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Contra la decisi\u00f3n de apertura de investigaci\u00f3n y formulaci\u00f3n de pliegos de cargos, no procede recurso alguno. En el curso de la investigaci\u00f3n administrativa, que se har\u00e1 con estricto apego a la ley, se decidir\u00e1 la responsabilidad de los investigados de acuerdo con los derechos fundamentales al
