OPL CARGA S.A.S.<\/p>\n<p>En la averiguaci\u00f3n preliminar se encontr\u00f3 que en algunas operaciones celebradas durante el periodo de pandemia las empresas habr\u00edan pagado a los propietarios s\u00f3lo un 50%, 30%, o incluso s\u00f3lo un 10% de los costos de referencia.<\/p>\n<p>El Superintendente de Transporte, Camilo Pab\u00f3n Almanza, manifest\u00f3 que <em>\u201cestas nuevas investigaciones hacen parte de la campa\u00f1a que anunci\u00f3 la Superintendencia de Transporte hace menos de un (1) mes, pues el 17 de junio de 2020 la entidad imput\u00f3 cargos a 10 empresas por presuntamente pagar a los transportadores por debajo de los costos eficientes de operaci\u00f3n y adem\u00e1s advirti\u00f3 que daba inicio a una campa\u00f1a de verificaci\u00f3n del cumplimiento de la normatividad en transporte de carga, especialmente sobre las relaciones econ\u00f3micas y cumplimiento de tiempos log\u00edsticos\u201d. <\/em><\/p>\n<p>Esta campa\u00f1a de verificaci\u00f3n continuar\u00e1 para vigilar que todos los empresarios y los generadores de carga paguen los costos eficientes de operaci\u00f3n a los transportadores.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Posibles Sanciones<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En caso de ser encontradas responsables, las empresas podr\u00edan ser multadas hasta por setescientos (700) salarios m\u00ednimos legales vigentes.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Recursos<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Contra la decisi\u00f3n de apertura de investigaci\u00f3n y formulaci\u00f3n de pliegos de cargos, no procede recurso alguno. En el curso de la investigaci\u00f3n administrativa, que se har\u00e1 con estricto apego a la ley, se decidir\u00e1 la responsabilidad de los investigados de acuerdo con los derechos fundamentales al
