A\u00c9REOS POR INTERNET<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-2\"><ul>\n<li>La Superintendencia de Transporte, a trav\u00e9s de su Delegatura para la Protecci\u00f3n de Usuarios del Sector Transporte, ha iniciado el programa \u201cComercio Electr\u00f3nico Transparente\u201d con el prop\u00f3sito de sensibilizar a las aerol\u00edneas que operan en Colombia para que implementen las normas respecto a la informaci\u00f3n que deben suministrar a los usuarios en sus portales web.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>En el marco de dicho programa, la SuperTransporte realiz\u00f3 visitas de inspecci\u00f3n administrativa a las p\u00e1ginas web de las 25 empresas de servicios a\u00e9reos comerciales de transporte p\u00fablico regular de pasajeros (aerol\u00edneas) que operan en Colombia, evidenciando un total de 356 hallazgos que deben ser corregidos por las empresas con el fin evitar la vulneraci\u00f3n de los derechos de los usuarios que pueden ver afectadas sus decisiones de consumo.<\/li>\n<li>La SuperTransporte, en sus funciones de prevenci\u00f3n y promoci\u00f3n, formul\u00f3 a todas las aerol\u00edneas requerimientos encaminados a la adopci\u00f3n de medidas correctivas de r\u00e1pida implementaci\u00f3n, que ser\u00e1n verificadas, ya que ninguna de las empresas cumple 100% con la normatividad vigente en la materia.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bogot\u00e1, 12 de agosto de 2019<\/strong>. En la actualidad en Colombia existen 25 empresas de servicios a\u00e9reos comerciales de transporte p\u00fablico regular de pasajeros (aerol\u00edneas) operando y vendiendo tiquetes por sus p\u00e1ginas web, y la Superintendencia de Transporte, ejerciendo sus nuevas funciones de protecci\u00f3n a los usuarios del sector a\u00e9reo, implement\u00f3 el programa \u201cComercio Electr\u00f3nico Transparente\u201d con el fin de inspeccionar que las operaciones mediante comercio electr\u00f3nico puedan ser realizadas por los usuarios de manera transparente y se otorgue a los mismos informaci\u00f3n veraz, oportuna y acorde con la normatividad en la materia.<\/p>\n<p>La SuperTransporte realiz\u00f3 visitas de inspecci\u00f3n administrativa en cada uno de los portales web de las aerol\u00edneas para verificar el cumplimiento de las obligaciones de ley para la protecci\u00f3n de los usuarios del sector a\u00e9reo en cuanto a comercio electr\u00f3nico se refiere, encontrando un total de 356 irregularidades. Las obligaciones se fundamentan en informaci\u00f3n veraz de la aerol\u00ednea, informaci\u00f3n veraz durante la reserva, medios de pago, promociones y ofertas, desistimiento y retracto, v\u00ednculo en la p\u00e1gina a la autoridad (en este caso la SuperTransporte), y mecanismos de PQR\u00b4s.<\/p>\n<p>Durante el desarrollo del programa la Superintendencia de Transporte verific\u00f3 el cumplimiento de 38 criterios, relacionados con aspectos como la informaci\u00f3n sobre el tipo y capacidad de la\u00a0aeronave, el valor del tiquete discriminado, escalas, tipos de tarifas, n\u00famero de maletas, entre otros.<\/p>\n<p>Como resultado de la verificaci\u00f3n se encontr\u00f3 que ninguna de las aerol\u00edneas que operan en Colombia cumple con el 100% de los requerimientos
