Cuenta con formaci\u00f3n en derecho y una especializaci\u00f3n en derecho administrativo. Ha desempe\u00f1ado roles clave en gesti\u00f3n y defensa legal en el sector p\u00fablico, manejando asuntos jur\u00eddicos contractuales, penales y administrativos con un enfoque en la eficiencia y el cumplimiento normativo. Ejercer la labor de inspecci\u00f3n y vigilancia en relaci\u00f3n con el cumplimiento de las normas de protecci\u00f3n al usuario del sector transporte.<\/p>\n<p>2. Tramitar y decidir, en primera instancia, las investigaciones administrativas que se inicien de oficio o a solicitud de parte por presunta infracci\u00f3n a las disposiciones vigentes sobre protecci\u00f3n al usuario del sector transporte.<\/p>\n<p>3. Imponer las medidas y sanciones que correspondan de acuerdo con la ley, por la inobservancia de \u00f3rdenes e instrucciones impartidas por la Superintendencia o por la obstrucci\u00f3n de su actuaci\u00f3n administrativa, previa solicitud de explicaciones y pr\u00e1ctica de pruebas si hay lugar a ello.<\/p>\n<p>4. Realizar visitas de inspecci\u00f3n, interrogar, tomar declaraciones y, en general, decretar y practicar pruebas, con observancia de las formalidades previstas en la ley para los medios probatorios, con el fin de verificar el cumplimiento de las disposiciones legales cuyo control le compete.<\/p>\n<p>5. Resolver los recursos de reposici\u00f3n y las solicitudes de revocatoria directa que sean interpuestos contra los actos que expida.<\/p>\n<p>6. Emitir medidas preventivas que tengan como fin preservar el orden p\u00fablico en la prestaci\u00f3n del servicio p\u00fablico de transporte.<\/p>\n<p>7. Rendir los informes al Superintendente de Transporte y al Superintendente Delegado respecto del estado de los asuntos de su competencia y el estado de ejecuci\u00f3n de sus programas.<\/p>\n<p>8.
